Plex Entertainment does not allow Walk-In Birthday Parties, or Outside Food or Drink at any time!

 Weather: If acts of God or weather cause the facility to close, your party will be rescheduled.
no refunds will be given due to weather or acts of God. 

Packages Do Not Include: Birthday Cake, Cupcakes, Candles

You are responsible for bringing the cake and candles.

Presents and secured balloons are welcome.

Please DO NOT bring in any other outside food, drinks or cups.

No ice cream or ice cream cake allowed.

No confetti, poppers, table sprinkles or silly string.

If a mess is made with confetti, poppers, table sprinkles, or silly string, a $50 cleaning fee will be

added to your final bill.

 A GUEST LIST IS REQUIRED FOR ALL SKATE PARTIES

Please bring the guest list with you the day of the party or use our 'Birthday Guest List' form under Events. Please put the name of the birthday child, day of the party and time of the party on the list. Next, list the first names of all of the children attending the party in descending order. One name per line. This will help us get everyone checked in faster.

 Deposits: 50% down is required to book a party. If you cancel the party, we will work with you to find another date and time to host your party or you will forfeit the full deposit.  (Rescheduled parties must take place before the years end.) Deposits are applied to the remaining balance at the end of the party.
